Bridge will not bond calls but will do 2X64k or 2X56k.

Symptoms:
Even though you have installed the IMPU module and option you still can't get the bridge to bond any incoming or outgoing calls. The call hangs after only one channel is connected to the bridge conference room but you are able to do 2x64k and 2x56k.

Problem:
Possible IRQ conflict between the IMPU module and the Ethernet card. (IRQ10)

Resolution:
Either remove the Ethernet card or run the Ethernet utility and change the IRQ to a free resource.

Contact Technical Support to obtain the Ethernet utility program used to troubleshoot the problem.
