"Not Enough BPU ports available" message when allocating audio sites

Symptoms:
"Not enough BPU ports available" message when allocating audio sites into a video conference.

Problem:
When trying to bring audio only sites into a conference the bridge will use BPU resources and not the ACM module. The conference is set up as PT724 or G.728 and will attempt to bring sites into BPU ports.

Resolution:
The conference must be set for G.711 audio only in order for audio only sites can join using the appropriate ACM ports
