What is the "debug" menu item under the diagnostics section of the Ascend VSX?

The debug function is used to access the Q.921 and Q.931 call tracing capabilities of the Ascend VSX Imux. Real time ISDN call tracing information can be saved to a text file on the terminal PC, but a special Ascend decoder program is required to convert the text to a readable format. This program must be obtained from Lucent.
