Bridging Service gives your company capability for
multipoint conferencing without any administration or
maintenance responsibilities. Bridging Service is
cost-effective, easy to use, and meets your company's
bridging needs, however frequently or infrequently used.
The Service provides coverage, no matter what network
provider or standards-based vendor equipment is used by
each site.

hours and store or send the tape for your later use.
Event
Production
This
service orchestrates high profile visual collaboration
events end-to-end through comprehensive planning and
management. The assigned Expedite VCS Event Manager
scripts an Event Plan to detail all the roles and tasks
to occur prior to, during, and post event. As the
central point of contact, the Event Manager coordinates
participating sites, vendors, and underlying
technologies. On the event day, the Event Manager
directs each critical step and action in the production
of the event to ensure a highly successful visual
collaboration experience.
Streamed
(Web) Conference
For
delivery and viewing of conferences over the Internet,
Expedite VCS reserves the streaming server and sends a
stream of stored or live content from a video feed out
to your designated internet enabled audience.
Service
Reporting
The
Expedite VCS Client Services Manager provides
statistical reports on a monthly basis, to allow your
management to monitor usage, trends and business value
of their videoconferencing network and services.

Expedite's
Educational Services offer a continuum of high-quality
learning programs, including courses, workshops, and
training sessions. All focused on providing the
practical hands-on knowledge you need to conduct

Multipoint
Bridging
Expedite
Bridging Service's Multipoint Bridging service will
provide your company with:
Multipoint
conferences may be reserved for a minimum of 30 minutes
or as long as needed. Expedite will provide H.320
standard based multipoint service and support for all
speed calls.
Call
Launching
With
Call Launching, all calls will be connected prior to the
conference scheduled start time, allowing the users to
concentrate on the meeting and not on the technology,
that supports the meeting. Expedite will launch the call
(dial out) to the conference sites using Expedite's
network. Network service charges are accrued based on
scheduled port usage time and include set up time.
Conference
Support
Expedite
VCS will provide real time support to assist end-users
with simple dialing and call set-up questions or when a
disruption occurs at any time during a videoconference.
The customer should contact Expedite VCS whenever a
problem is experienced with the videoconferencing
system, terminal adapter, network and other associated
video equipment. Expedite VCS will attempt to resolve
issues so that the videoconference can either start on
time or proceed without further delay if possible.
For
any issue that cannot be resolved immediately, Expedite
VCS will either advise the site coordinator of the
problem for them to pursue a resolution or, if
applicable, engage Problem Management service for the
next level of support.
